Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time on the Website. When booking a lesson you are bound by these terms & conditions and these terms & conditions apply each time you book a lesson/package.

 1) Maximum 3x1-Hour driving lessons per week per learner allowed. 

 1.1) It is important that learner log book is up to date and filled correctly.

If log book is not up to date with all details filled in (Date, Car registration, Start & finish KM, Trip details, Conditions - Road, Weather, Traffic, Supervising Driver (mum/dad) Licence number, Signature, Start & finish time, Hours- Day/night and all added up at the bottom) then please do not book driving lesson with us. 

 1.2) If log book is not up to date then driving instructor won't be able to log driving lesson in learner's log book and driving lesson will not go ahead. No refund will be issued for driving lesson as learner didn't follow terms & conditions. 

1.3) One night lesson & One weekend lesson per learner per week allowed. 

2) Payment- We offer Pre-pay service not post-paid. Payment of a lesson or package to be made at the time of booking a lesson/Package in advance. Payment options are listed on HOME page under Payment options tab. You can also request payment options via SMS - 0421 807 424. Once payment is made and confirmation is received only then booking will be confirmed and secured. Non Payment of fee for driving lesson/package once payment request have been sent will result in cancellation of booking. Please note we do not offer split or part payments. 

3) Any cancellations of driving lessons booked must be advised 24 hours prior to driving lesson to avoid forfeiting full booking fee and if driving lesson part of package then plenty of one driving lesson will incur. However we understand life happens and will access case by case. 

4) All weekend lessons to be paid in advance before the weekend.

All weekend lessons cancellation to be advised latest by Friday close of business 7pm, this gives us opportunity to fill the spot as weekend spots are limited. 

5) From time to time we will send out courtesy reminder about upcoming lessons and payment due. Failure to reply will result in cancellation of lesson as we do not want driving instructor to travel if there is no confirmation of lesson or payment. No Show for driving lesson will result in forfeiting driving lesson and if driving lesson is part of package then plenty of one 1x1hr driving lesson will incur. 

6)Prices for all packages are subject to change with or without notice. 

7) At the time of booking or requesting booking please provide learners full name, address, email and best contact number. 

8) Drive 2 Freedom Driving School from time to time may modify or discontinue services or part of service offered with or without notice.  

9) Driving lesson/Packages prices are fixed and prices can change with or without notice. 

10) Before Booking driving test please consult with us to make sure driving instructor availability. 

11) The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson where they determine that there is a danger to the student, the instructor or the general public.

12) The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if student becomes abusive or not listening to instructor.

13) Drive 2 freedom Driving School may from time to time will update policies, terms & conditions. 

14) Refer a Friend $30 Gift card only applies if friend has signed up for 10 lesson pack, paid for the package in full & completed first lesson. Only then $30 Gift Card will be issued. 

15) We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever if your driving test is cancelled due to error in your log book unless we made the incorrect entry. It is your responsibility to make sure your log book is filled in correctly. Please refer to your log book for instructions on how to fill in your log book. 

16) If your driving test is cancelled due to your error in your log book or you made the wrong booking for Test, place or time then your Driving Test Pack fee is payable in full and no refund or reschedule will take place.  

17) If during driving Lesson/Test you have committed a traffic offence or caused an accident, all traffic infringement notice will be payable by learner/parent. And learner/ parent of learner to pay access $950 to insurance company to cover the cost of repair to instructor's vehicle.

 17.1) If repair cost is less than $50 then no charge to learner. Anything over $50 repair cost is payable by learner / parent of learner. 

18) Drive 2 Freedom Driving School reserves the right to not offer services to anyone for any reason. 

19) Proper footwear must be worn during driving lessons. Flat and enclosed footwear is recommended. No Slippers or flip flops allowed. 

20) Free lessons/ discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred to a friend or third party.  

21) All packages have expiry date from date of purchase/ First lesson

 ( 10 lesson Pack - 6 Months, 5 Lesson Pack - 2 Months, Freedom Pack - 2 Months, 3 Lesson Pack - 1 Month, 6 Lesson Pack - 3 Months, Driving Test Pack - 1 Month), if you have un-used  lessons after package expired there will be no refund of unused driving lessons. 

22) If at any time before your lesson you feel unwell or has symptoms of illness aka Covid please notify us immediately via Phone/SMS/Email so we can book someone else in your place.
